Cookie and Privacy Policy

MindCoping respects your privacy and collects as little data as possible. This site is a informational website: there are no visitor accounts and no payments are processed here.

Simple website statistics

We count page views, clicks on workbook PDFs, clicks to the app page and clicks to Google Play. Each daily total contains only the event type, the page path, a recognised source category (such as YouTube or Google) and the relevant link destination. We do not store IP addresses, browser details, full referring URLs, search terms or visitor identifiers in these statistics. No statistics cookies or browser storage are used, and we do not join events into individual journeys. Daily totals are kept for up to 90 days, with older totals removed when the next event is processed.

We use these totals to understand which resources are useful. Counts are not unique people, and a download or store click does not prove that a file was saved or an app installed. Statistics are skipped when your browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control. The hosting provider may separately process technical server logs as described below. Google Analytics and advertising pixels are not enabled on this site.

The private administrator statistics page uses a secure session cookie solely for login. After administrator login it also sets an exclusion preference for up to one year, renewed on authenticated dashboard visits, so that browser's visits and clicks are not counted even after logout. The preference contains only an on/off flag, not a visitor identifier, and does not grant access to the dashboard. These cookies are not set for ordinary visitors.

Cookies

The site itself does not set advertising or tracking cookies. If we embed third-party content (for example a Spotify audiobook player), that provider may set its own cookies when you interact with it; those are governed by the provider's own policy. You can block or delete cookies in your browser at any time.

Information we process

• Contact: if you email us, we process your email address and message to reply.
• Newsletter: if you subscribe, your email address is stored by our email provider solely to send the newsletter. You can unsubscribe at any time.
• Server logs: our host may keep standard technical logs (such as IP address and browser) to operate and secure the site.

We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

External stores

Purchases happen on Amazon, Spotify and Google Play. Any data you provide there is handled under those companies' privacy policies, not ours.

Your rights

You may ask what data we hold, request corrections or deletion, or withdraw consent. Contactcontact@mindcoping.com. We keep data only as long as needed for the purpose it was given.
