These terms & conditions apply to the purchase of goods on mindcoping.com.

PRICES
All prices are in United States Dollar (USD).

PAYMENT
Payment can be made with VISA card and MasterCard. When ordering, you must enter your card number, the card’s expiry date and the card’s check digit.

SECURITY
Stripe, which is used as a payment gateway for payments with VISA cards and MasterCard, uses the security protocol SSL, which encrypts information between an internet browser (the cardholder) and an internet server (the business). This means that the information transferred when paying with your card is protected during the transfer from your computer to us. As a form of encryption in electronic commerce, SSL is widely used and is considered a very secure solution.

CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION
Your information – name, address, phone number and e-mail – is transmitted encrypted when you send it to us. We only use your information to ensure that you receive information about access to and correct use of online products and/or the course you have purchased.

ORDER CONFIRMATION
When you have purchased an item online, you will immediately receive an order confirmation via e-mail. It contains, among other things, an order number, name and address of the payer, payment method and an overview of what was purchased.

CANCELLATION AND RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Online courses, e-books, etc. online products
There is no right of cancellation on the purchase of electronic products, such as e-books and online courses.

THE CONSUMER AGREEMENT ACT
Your order placement and your purchase via mindcoping.com is in English and at the same time subject to ordinary English legislation, including the Act on certain consumer agreements (door sales, etc., distance sales and ongoing services) – in colloquial terms the Door Sales Act.

The material you gain access to is protected by English copyright law. It may not be copied or reproduced elsewhere (in whole or in part) in any form. Nor may it be sold/distributed to anyone other than you, who originally bought the material from M I N D C O P I N G. Violation of this will be prosecuted.

Your right to use the material is limited to reading, listening and voluntary implementation of the ideas and methods mentioned. The copyright to the material belongs exclusively to M I N D C O P I N G. The material is published by the company. If the company later passes to other owners, the copyright on this material will still follow M I N D C O P I N G.
